We are registered with NAPIT under their competent persons scheme. This means we not only need to be qualified and insured but we also have to be assessed regularly to check we are working to the standards required.
Good question! Yes, under the competent persons scheme we can notify building control if any works that require it. We don’t charge extra for this, the cost is included in our prices.
